Curry Leaf

Curry leaves are highly used throughout Indian and Sri Lankan cooking with a flavour that is citrus-like, but nutty on cooking.

Curry leaves are great with lentils, vegies, fish, coconut, turmeric and mustard seeds in slow-cooked curries, spice mixes and chutney.
