Returns, Complaints or Errors
Please note that we require notice of any errors or damaged goods within 48 hours after receiving your order. Product returns will not be accepted without prior written approval. If your order is incorrect in any way please let us know as soon as possible via email enquiries@gourmetorganicherbs.com.au or by phone on 02 4323 7556 so that we can rectify the situation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use. We reserve the right not to accept returned product which may have been purchased in error, or product that may have been damaged in transit.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Privacy
All personal and/or business information
we receive remains private. We do not give away, sell,
or reuse your personal and/or business information.
We use PayPal third party credit
card processors and therefore we do not collect or store
your credit card information on our system.
Delivery Details
We aim to ship your order, once payment
has been received, within 3-5 working days. In the
event that an ordered item is out of stock, your order
may be delayed for several days until we have all
items to send at once (in which case, we will advise
you of any delay). Should you require urgent delivery
for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements,
please contact us so that we can do our best to meet
your needs. While we cannot guarantee delivery by
a certain date, we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that we only deliver our products through
Australia Post, so it is the customer’s responsibility
to provide an accurate and appropriate address.
REGISTERED POST is available on request.
EXPRESS POST SERVICE is available upon request. We
will charge you based on the express postage cost
plus a nominal handling fee.
